    Hello Jessica! First of all, thank you for this very useful and informative video. I will have my first hysterectomy on 19 June next month. I feel scared and at the same time, sad that one of my organs has to go away. I opted not to remove my ovaries as there are normal, but my doctor recommended me to remove everything as she advised that the ovaries may be cancerous in the future. But I still strongly want to keep the ovaries intact. Could you or anyone who has gone through hysterectomy give an advise on that?

    Has anyone decided Uterine fibroid embolization option auternative to hysterectomy? Havent heard this option to be chosen by the patiant or suggested by the doctors. Any one have any idea about this? @jessica? Do you have anything to say about this?

    I'm 54. 5' 10" tall and 179 lbs. I still lift weights, but my flexibility sucks. Strong as hell... not flexible. Working on it.

    I love your channel so much! I have pretty severe EDS with several issues that make working out soooo hard (bad wrists, knees, hips, CCI,...) so after a long break from movement that left me in even more pain I recently discovered your channel and have been working out to your videos for a little over a month now. I'm feeling stronger and more stable and I'm motivated and looking forward to working out with you every day. Today I felt like a no-talking workout (sometimes I get overwhelmed because, surprise, I also have sensory issues) so I tried someone else and oh boy, did that bring me back to my old ways of hating workouts and in the process hating my body. My whole body was dysfunctional and in pain within 3 minutes so I immediately came back to you and everything is fine now, loving the movement, loving my body <3 Thank you so much, you have no idea how many lives you're surely improving :)

    Jessica I've been doing your workouts for a few weeks now and always mean to comment but I've been having a tough time lately. I'm going to start commenting more because sometimes you say things that I really needed to hear someone say. Today it was when you said not to worry about whether or not I was feeling the way I was supposed to and that no matter what, I was doing it right. I needed to hear that and tell myself that. I have had ptsd my entire life and my therapist is trying to help me connect to my body because I'm so dissociated from it. So yes, when I follow along with UA-cam videos I am always concerned about whether or not I'm doing it right and feeling what I'm supposed to be feeling. Hearing you say "you're doing it right" brought my mind a bit of peace so that I was able to focuse more on my body so thank you.

    I’m just starting the exercises and can’t sit up because of another physical problem. What can I do while I’m laying in my hospital bed? I’m supposed to start seeing a therapist soon and I’m not quite sure I can go through all of the exercises especially the internal exercises.
